Freedom Support was founded in 2011 by its directors who both recognised the need to develop a personalised service, with the emphasis on a high quality person focused approach. We concentrate on service user led outcomes and believe in a bespoke person centred social care service for people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and physical conditions to both children and adults.
At Freedom Support we offer our service users a wide range of support services to meet individual and varying needs. Some of these services include supported living, community and home support through Direct Payments and individually tailored respite services. Our aim at Freedom Support is to empower and promote all individuals to ascertain their independence, social inclusion and wellbeing, as well as recognising a person’s life choices, equality and diversity needs.
At Freedom Support we seek to establish a culture whereby service user involvement is embedded into the everyday practice and philosophy of the organisation. We take customer satisfaction and feedback very seriously; we do this through our robust quality assurance systems and quarterly audit performance process.
As a high quality lead service provider we are fully committed to our philosophy of providing bespoke services. We work with service users, families and other professionals in the implementation of care and support plans. We take a holistic approach into the implementation of support packages to meet peoples individuals needs as a whole.
Since 2011 we have built up an excellent reputation for working in partnership as a multi- disciplinary approach with the local authority and we are an approved PCT service provider. We now offer a diverse range of highly regarded services in Staffordshire and South Staffordshire.
